In-Home Massage
Care for the Caregiver

When you’re lifting, steadying, cooking, coordinating, listening, and staying alert all day and sometimes all night, your own body absorbs a lot.

Your shoulders tighten. Your hands ache.

Your lower back protests. Sleep gets lighter.

And it can be hard to justify – or have the energy for - leaving the house to get care for yourself.

I offer short, in-home massage sessions created specifically for caregivers — simple, focused support that fits into your full-to-the-brim life.

How It Works

The session takes place in your own home. No driving. No need to get the house ready. I’m there for you — just as things are. You sit in a regular chair at your kitchen table and lean forward into a padded face cradle set on pillows. It takes me just a few minutes to prepare. No table, no fancy set-up, no rearranging your house. We focus on what’s taking the brunt of your work: shoulders and upper back neck and jaw face and head hands and forearms lower back legs and feet You choose quiet or conversation; I follow your lead.

Session Length & Pricing

Short sessions (under one hour) are generally available only within Owen Sound. Longer sessions are available throughout my service area (Owen Sound + approximately 15 km, further by arrangement). If you’re unsure what length makes sense, you’re welcome to book a free 10-minute consult to chat about that or anything else you have questions about.

Membership Options

Some caregivers prefer to book once in a while. Others find it helpful to have something regular in the calendar. I offer simple monthly memberships (Silver and Gold) that include: a set number of in-home sessions each month • bundled monthly pricing • priority booking • the ability to roll unused sessions forward within the month • the option to upgrade or adjust as your caregiving load changes They’re designed to make ongoing support easier to plan and budget for — without having to decide from scratch each time. If you’d like the full details for Silver or Gold, I’m happy to send them.

Practical Notes

  • Indoor spaces must be non-smoking (outdoor smoking is fine).

  • You don’t need a large cleared area.

  • Pets are welcome as long as you’re comfortable.

Scope of Practice

My work is wellness-focused massage. I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you have specific health concerns, it’s always wise to check in with your healthcare provider.

Self-Care Isn't Selfish

It’s common to tell yourself you’ll rest once things settle down. After the next appointment. After the next crisis. After everyone else is okay. But caregiving rarely has a natural pause. If you wait for free time to appear, it usually doesn’t. A short session isn’t indulgent. It’s a way of keeping your own body functional so you can keep showing up. [Book Here] [Send a Message]
