The Essentials Package Includes:
• Review of your sleep intake
• Customized Loving Sleep Plan
• 1-hour follow-up session
• 90 minutes of follow-up calls
• Daily email support for 10 days following receipt of your sleep plan
Please note that the fee below is for everything listed above.
The first call is up to 2 hours, which is what is shown beside the fee.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, please choose one of the following options to avoid being charged for your session:
1. Call us or use the cancel/reschedule link that we email to you 24 hours or more in advance, or
2. Text or email us 48 hours or more in advance.
